Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the unopened olive oil bottles or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring they are cushioned properly to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
