PRUNETI FRANTOIO BIOLOGICO: A monovarietal extra virgin olive oil from Frantoio Pruneti crushed from 100% Frantoio variety olives grown in the Chianti region of Tuscany. Frantoio is the olive that is most perceivable in Tuscan variety blends with its typical bitter notes. This oil is intense with strong notes of artichoke, arugula, tomato leaves, mint and sage, finishing with notes of green pepper and rosemary. Recommended as a dipping oil for fresh bread or drizzled over bean soups, grilled vegetables and meats. Useful for dishes which require a strong, intense oil.

PRUNETI LECCINO BIOLOGICO: A monovarietal extra virgin olive oil from Frantoio Pruneti crushed from 100% Leccino variety olives grown in the Chianti area of Tuscany. The delicate oil that comes from the Leccino olive is often covered in the Tuscan blends by varieties that are more bitter and spicy, thus providing a wonderful opportunity to taste the Leccino olive with all of its delicate but wonderful characteristics. Its notes are of fresh grass, parsley, chive, celery and green apple with a soft but persistent sensation of wild asparagus. This oil is not too aggressively bitter or spicy and has a simple white pepper finish.

PRUNETI MORAIOLO BIOLOGICO: A monovarietal extra virgin olive oil from Frantoio Pruneti crushed from 100% Moraiolo variety olives grown in the Chianti area of Tuscany. This oil is intended to enhance the green, balsamic and very spicy notes that are typical of the Moraiolo variety. Strong notes of radish, almond, nuts, nutmeg, oregano and dried fig lead to a spicy, powerful black pepper finish. Recommended for cooked fish, white meat, grilled vegetables and drizzled over fresh, sweet cheeses. Most suitable for complex dishes, especially cheese-based.
