La Berafatt, The Beautiful, is made exclusively from Carolea olives, a historic variety native to Calabria. This monovarietal extra virgin olive oil offers a delicate yet expressive profile. Naturally light to medium fruity, it opens with aromas of white fruit, green apple, tomato leaf, and white almond.

It is gently sweet and aromatic, with refined notes of thyme and marjoram. A subtle bitterness adds structure, while a precise, warming peppery finish brings balance and definition without overpowering the oil’s elegance.
