This extra virgin olive oil is made exclusively from Arbequina olives and features predominant herbaceous aromas and flavors of freshly cut grass, typical of early-harvest olives. Flavor notes include banana, apple, and red fruits, with a fresh, clean taste and a balanced, mild bitterness and spiciness.
