Marina Palusci Novus

This unfiltered extra virgin olive oil is made from a blend of excellent Dritta and Leccino olives. It is cold-extracted and bottled immediately after harvest, and features a well-balanced flavor with notes of green almonds, artichoke, and aromatic herbs, finishing with a strong green olive fruitiness.
