Frantoi Cutrera Pistachio and Almond Pesto

A deliciously decadent pesto made from Sicilian pistachios, almonds from Avola and Frantoi Cutrera’s extra virgin olive oil, along with PDO certified Ragusano cheese, Sicilian sea salt and a touch of sugar, black pepper and nutmeg. Excellent on pasta such as trofie, penne and caserecce.
