Produced according to tradition, this Paccheri pasta is typically prepared during the carnival period (Shrove Thursday) and served with pork sauce. Made using only organic Sicilian durum wheat semolina and mineral water, the dough is extruded using bronze dies and dried slowly at low temperatures. Excellent for typical dishes of Mediterranean culture, try pairing with Frantoio Cutrera tomato sauces and pestos.
